I’ve been working with Garden to Table for years now as an ambassador; I sometimes feel like I’m not really doing enough in that role to promote the amazing work they do, so whenever I get the opportunity to help, I grab it. I love the kaupapa of this charity, helping kids in schools grow, harvest, prepare and share kai, and gain lifelong skills and knowledge about wellbeing and eating.
SO: with that in mind, this is an invitation to join me for a fundraising webinar on hormones, health and happiness!
Tune in from home on Wednesday, 11 June at 7pm for a kōrero on what it takes to be healthy and joyful for the rest of our lives - looking not just at the turbulence of menopause and perimenopause, but beyond to the next amazing stage of our lives. I’ll share lots of insights from my work and from my two menopause/midlife health books, and tons of practical, sensible advice on how to feel great now and for the rest of your life.
We’ll also unpack some of the toxic crap we need to unlearn about our relationships with our bodies; how to boost our mental health and mood; how to eat, move and think to be awesome, kick-ass old ladies. There’ll be plenty of time for questions and you’ll leave feeling positive and empowered.
Grab a ticket (and one for a friend) here. And I’ll see you soon!
